环球中心天堂洲际大饭店金钥匙陈远彬先生

继2014年的9月后，Mr.& Mrs.Tan在2015年8月27日再次下塌成都环球中心天堂洲际大饭店。在每一次的出行前，65岁的Mrs. Tan 都会提前发邮件告知环球中心天堂洲际大饭店金钥匙陈远彬，对于他们的到来，金钥匙陈远彬都会用心极致地为他们做出计划与接待安排。

考虑到客人只会英文以及年龄比较大，而且这次客人带着她的朋友来入住酒店，金钥匙陈远彬为客人提前安排了英文比较好的礼宾部员工陈慈垣Roland，从客人一下飞机就开始了全程的接待，另外为了给客人更好的入住体验，金钥匙陈远彬找到饭店优悦会经理为客人免费升级为套房。饭店餐饮部总监也非常支持，帮助陈远彬为客人精心准备欢迎点心。

当客人来到饭店大堂时，金钥匙陈远彬在酒店正门口热情的接待了他们，并且细心地为他们之后的成都之行做好一切安排，亲自为客人安排叫醒服务以及其他的各种服务。在接待客人到达房间后，客人说：“真好！我给大家都带来了好多的美国小礼物。”，然后客人悄悄对金钥匙陈远彬说：“我还专门为你挑了一盒巧克力。”我顿时就觉得用心服务的背后，巧克力真的好甜！

退房之后，金钥匙陈远彬再次给客人发邮件回访他们的入住体验，并欢迎客人下次再来，Mr. & Mrs Tan都表示对此次的服务非常的满意。
